Support and Maintenance Plans

An annual Support and Maintenance Plan (SMP) provides you with one year of application support, general corrective software updates for versions of the software product you initially licensed during the term, and new feature-enhanced future versions of the software product you initially licensed during the term. Below is a brief description of Support Plans that we offer:

Standard Support:

• One year of application support
• General corrective software updates for versions of the software product you initially licensed during the term
• New feature-enhanced future versions of the software product you initially licensed during the term
• Access to current supported versions of the installers via our Download Center
