Software License Agreements

Unless your organization has entered into an executed agreement with Revvity Signals, or your quote or the software documentation indicates otherwise, the license agreements applicable to your purchase of our software products are as follows:

• Your license to use our ChemDraw and ChemDraw-related products is governed by such product’s Click-Through License Agreement, which is accepted by users when accessing the software and may be updated from time to time in our sole discretion. The version of the Click-Through License Agreement that is provided and accepted by you shall be deemed the effective agreement for your use of the software. For your convenience, a copy of the current Click-Through License Agreement can be accessed here.

• Your license to access and use our software-as-a-service solutions, such as Signals Notebook, is governed by the Cloud Service License Agreement located here, together with the related documents below:
