Cannot connect to data source using a data connector in the web player

When creating a data connector in the Spotfire client and saving it (or a file using a connector) to the library, you might see an error similar to the below when trying to open it in the web player:

Could not load on-demand data for table ...

The Amazon Redshift data connector is not available. To use this connector, a driver is required. See Spotfire system requirements for details.

This error means that the driver for the data base connector is not installed on the Node manager machine that runs the web player service.

To fix this you need to look at the system requirements page for the connector you are using and install the required driver on the node manager machine, see the link below:
