Filters are automatically created once a new data table is added to a Spotfire file. By default, each column in the data table is automatically represented by a filter. This includes columns added by joins, calculated columns, and transformed columns.
Alternatively, to open the Filters panel, select View, then select Filters. Filters are also available in the Data in analysis flyout and the Filters panel.
Notes:
- When there is more than one data table in the analysis, data table headers are automatically displayed above the filters.
- When filtering data through the Filters panel, the bottom of the Filters panel displays a summary of the filters applied.

[Collapse] icon to collapse or expand the filter applied. Use the
[Reset filter] to remove the filter applied. To remove all filters, use the
[Reset all filters] icon.
