Spotfire: Organize the order of filters from the Filters panel

Prior to this task:

✔ Data must be loaded.

✔ Filters panel must be opened.

1️⃣ Filters panel ➡ right-click on Filters panel ➡ select Organize Filters…
2️⃣ Organize Filters window ➡ select  [“Data table name”]
3️⃣ Organize Filters window ➡ select filter ➡ select position button of interest*
4️⃣ Organize Filters window ➡ select  [OK]

*Options for step 3️⃣: To determine the order of the filters in the data table, from the Organize Filters window, the user can move filters up or down and first or last by selecting the  [Move Up] or [Move Down] buttons, and the  [Move First] or  [Move Last] buttons, respectively.

Alternatively, select the data table of interest, then select the  [Sort] button to determine an Ascending or Descending order of the filters.

Alternatively, to display the Organize Filters window of the active page, select Edit, then select Organize Filters...
