Spotfire Analyst: After waking from sleep the report is completely blank (white). This is a known issue issue identified in version 12.0 that will be addressed in a future version. As an immediate workaround you can refresh the user interface via the Developer Tools:
- Enable Developer Tools:
- Tools menu > Options > Applications tab > check the option "Show development menu".
- If you needed to check the above option, restart Spotfire Analyst.
- After which you can open the Developer Tools by using the key combination: SHIFT+CTRL+ALT+F12 *
- or by going to:
- Tools menu > Development > Developer Tools.
- After which you can open the Developer Tools by using the key combination: SHIFT+CTRL+ALT+F12 *
- Click F5 to refresh and fix the issue.
