Error "All pages could not be created" is issued when using Repeat over filter values in PDF prepared report

Problem:

Following error message is issued when using Repeat over filter values in PDF prepared report to generate large amount of pages. How can I circumvent this error?

All pages could not be created.
The selection of filter values or bookmarks to repeat over results in too many pages. 

Resolution:

The error message is issued when more than 99 values are selected in Repeat over filter values.

The error message is meant to inform that pages over 99 pages will not be displayed in the preview window. Spotfire can actually export up to 1000 pages to PDF regardless of using Repeat over filter values or not.
