Signals Notebook: An administrator user is unable to edit the home location of a container

After Signals Notebook update 23.5 June 2023 (E3 November 2023) only users assigned the default user role 'Inventory Admin' are able to change the home location of a container.

User with custom administrator user roles assigned will not be able to edit the home location when selecting 'Edit' container, but will be able to use the 'Check In/Out' feature to change the container location.
