When setting up a clustered deployment of Spotfire Statistics Services, the manager node will not process any job requests.
By default only the worker nodes will process jobs. If the manager node is also required to process jobs, then the engine count most be altered to a non zero value.
This is controlled by a Java parameter engine.count and can be altered as follows
1) Log on to the manager node.
2) Navigate to the <installation root>\SplusServer\tomcat\bin directory
3) Run the TSSS120SplusServerw.exe program (the name will vary depending on the version number)
4) Under the section called Java edit the Java startup parameters to set the engine.count to 1
5) Click OK and restart the Stats Service.
You should then find that the manager node is now processing jobs.
