Spotfire Server: Error: trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty

When editing the server.xml file to enable HTTPS, you might get an error in the most recent stderr log file.

If you get trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty this means you have edited your truststore items with the same information as your certificateKeystore coresponding values.

Solution:

Delete the following lines (key = value items):

• truststoreFile
• truststorePass
• truststoreType

Save the XML file and restart the Spotfire server.
