Learn about the Inventa Dashboard interface

When opening Signals One, users can access the Inventa dashboard by selecting the [Inventa Dashboard] smart folder. The Inventa Dashboard is divided into four sections:

• Recent Inventa Analyses displays the most recently added Inventa analyses that are saved from Inventa.
• Favorite Inventa Analyses displays all the Inventa analyses that are marked as favorites.
• Data Factory Projects displays the available Data Factory projects and details about the data they contain.
• Inventa Apps displays the following Inventa apps:
  • Global Search: After data is published to Data Factory, the Global Search interface allows users to query by structure or sequence to retrieve information related to attributes, assay endpoints, or measurement.
  • SAR Analysis: The SAR Analysis app simplifies the process of assembling and interpreting the Structure/Sequence-Activity Relationship data that has been pulled into Spotfire for Signals from the Global Search app.
  • Publish Results to Data Factory: This app enables users to publish rows of data in a Spotfire table to a defined Measurement Type in Data Factory, making it available in Global Search and Integrated Summary apps.
  • Assay Results Review: The Assay Results Review app loads historical assay results data and compares it with the assay data in the current document.
  • Target Engagement Profile: The Target Engagement Profile (TEP) app combines in vivo and in vitro data into a single, normalized graph corrected for plasma protein binding and calculates percent inhibition over time.
  • Integrated Summary – Standard Query: This app enables users to search and summarize any measurement data with a guided query interface.
  • Integrated Summary – Quick Query: This app allows users to quickly retrieve all information related to a material entity or measurement type.
