Signals Inventa: Trash an Inventa Analysis in Signals

Prior to this task:

✔ Inventa Analysis must be created.

1️⃣ Signals Dashboard ➡ select [Signals Inventa Dashboard]
2️⃣ Signals Inventa Dashboard ➡ select Inventa Analysis
3️⃣ Inventa Analysis ➡ select [Actions] ➡ select Trash
4️⃣ Confirm Trash window ➡ select [Trash]

Notes:

• Users can only trash Inventa Analyses if the System Administrator has enabled permissions to do it.
• To trash an Inventa Analysis, the user must have Write access.
• Trashed Inventa Analyses will appear in the trashed items and can be restored but not searched for in the Search smart folder. Files will not go to trashed items.
• The user can restore trashed items only when the user has been granted Full Control access. However, when the user restores a trashed item, the sharing will not be restored.
• When global autonumbering is ON, autonumbering will continue from the same value even when an Inventa Analysis is deleted; the name of the trashed item will not be reused.
