Signals Inventa: Add an experimental factor(s) and aggregation(s) to the data from the Configuration tab of the SAR Analysis app

Prior to this task: 

✔ SAR Analysis app must be opened from Global Search.

✔ SAR Table must be selected from the Visualization tab of the SAR Analysis app.

1️⃣ SAR Analysis – Analysis tab ➡ select  [Configuration]
2️⃣ SAR Analysis – Configuration tab ➡ Experimental Factors Pivot Expressions ➡ select Enter expression... ➡ select  [Select a function to append…] ➡ select function ➡ select  [Append the selected function]  [Select a column to insert…] ➡ select column ➡ select  [Insert the selected column]  [Validate and apply expression]
3️⃣ SAR Analysis – Configuration tab ➡ select Numeric Aggregation(s) ➡ select  [“column name”] Textual Aggregation(s) ➡ select  [“column name”] Date Aggregation(s) ➡ select  [“column name”]

Supporting Knowledge 

Experimental factors are conditions of an experiment that would typically affect the actual measured values; for example, a temperature, pH, or concentration that would affect the outcome. By aggregating these factors, it is possible to compare Compounds or Batches tested under the same conditions.

Experimental Factors Pivot Expressions are used to split or break aggregations within a single endpoint based on experimental factors that were defined in the metadata.
