Details:
Issue Description
When opening analyses sourcing data from OSIsoft PI via the Web Player, it fails to open the analyses and instead throws the following error:

     "Unhandled worker thread exception"
       
The Windows Event Viewer may not show any useful errors either. 

Cause
The Windows machine where the Node Manager and the OSIsoft PI software are installed may have new .NET updates installed, causing this behavior.

Resolution:
Following the steps given below may rectify the issue:

• Uninstall all .NET versions including any patches that may have been recently installed (make a note of the additional patches / security updates). 
• Uninstall the OSIsoft PI software. 
• Install the .NET Framework along with all the security patches that were previously installed.
• Install the OSIsoft PI software.
