Details:
TIBCO Spotfire Server ships with the following JDK versions:
  • From TIBCO Spotfire Server version 7.5, JDK 1.8. 
  • From TIBCO Spotfire Server version 10.10, JDK 11.
  • From TIBCO Spotfire Server version 12.0, JDK 17.
The exact version of JDK can be checked by running the command mentioned in the resolution section.

Resolution:
To check the exact JDK version, the following command should be run. 
<Spotfire Server installation directory>\tibco\tss\<version>\jdk\bin\java -version
