Details:
A Spotfire Server service pack is a new release. It is not a hotfix.  

A service pack has its own new version number (such as Spotfire Server 11.4.7 LTS, for example).  
 

Resolution:
You download service packs from TIBCO's edelivery site. 

You find a service pack on TIBCO's edelivery site using that service pack's own version number. You do not use your existing version number.

You upgrade from your existing version to a service pack in the same way as you would upgrade to any other new version.
