Resolution:
Starting from 11.5.0, Spotfire Web Player requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 or later versions, as per the Spotfire Web Player system requirements. Therefore, please make sure to install .NET Framework 4.8 or later version when you upgrade to 11.5 and above versions.
