PREREQUISITES
Resolution:
1. Login to the Spotfire Server Administration Console with administrator credentials.
2. Click on Nodes and Services.
3. Select the Statistica Service and click on the name of the service instance.
4. Click on View Diagnostics and logs and then click on View Logs
5. If this file needs to be further diagnosed, the file may be downloaded with "Download full log file"

6. From the drop down list, also pick the Statistica-service-*.log file and download the file.

7. The files are typically named Statistica-service-*.log and "service-*.log" and is stored in the user profile's downloads directory.
