TIBCO Statistica Extension for TIBCO Spotfire Software (v 13.4.0) is a new extension that will allow users to use Statistica workspaces as Data functions in Spotfire. This article discusses  prerequisites to using the Statistica Extension for Spotfire.

PREREQUISITES for using TIBCO Statistica Extension for TIBCO Spotfire Software (v 13.4.0) 

The machine that is to be used for using Statistica workspace as a data function should have the following : 

• Spotfire Analyst Portable Client or Spotfire Analyst 7.11 or greater with access to Spotfire Analyst Server 7.11 or greater
• Statistica Enterprise (or new name : TIBCO Statistica Data Scientist) 13.4  
• LIBS feature added to the Statistica License file (Refer to : https://support.tibco.com/s/article/Licensing-Error-when-trying-to-use-Statistica-Extension-for-Spotfire)
