Spotfire Server: Change in JDBC driver location in Spotfire Server v12.1 and higher

When using Information Links in Spotfire Server version 12.0 and lower, additional JDBC drivers was placed in '<installation dir>/tomcat/custom-ext'.

From version 12.1 and higher, JDBC drivers should be placed in '<installation dir>/tomcat/custom-ext-informationservices'.

Note the following if upgrading:

After upgrading, it is recommended that you manually move Information Services-related JDBC drivers to the custom-ext-informationservices directory. 
After you have moved your drivers, set the configuration property information-services.external-process.use-legacy-extensions to false.
