Problem:
After deploying Lead Discovery Premium 3.4, Spotfire Analyst stops working in offline mode.
Resolution:
This is a known issue of LDP 3.4 that is addressed in succeeding version. As of 2024/06/12, upgrade to LDP 3.5 to circumvent issue.
If upgrading to LDP 3.5 does not resolve the issue, you will need to apply the latest hotfix for Spotfire Analyst. Please note that upgrading the server is not necessary. The following hotfix can be applied to Spotfire as long as the major version is the same.
- Spotfire Analyst 12.0: TS_client_12.0.8_HF-028.zip
- Spotfire Analyst 14.0: SPOT_sfire_deploy_14.0.2_HF-009.zip
