How do I manually remove ChemDraw on my Mac for a clean reinstallation?

Note: Please make backups of your ChemDraw templates and style sheet files as they will be deleted in the process. These can be found in your ChemDraw Items folder. This process is only recommended if you are still having issues after reinstalling the software normally.

1. Delete ChemDraw from the Applications menu (send to trash)
2. Delete all the com.revvity.chemdraw folders under: Macintosh HD\Users\Shared\
3. Delete all Revvity plist files under:
   • Macintosh HD\Users\[username]\Library\Preferences
   • Macintosh HD\Users\[username]\Library\Preferences\ByHost
   • Macintosh HD\Users\Shared\Library\Preferences
4. Restart your computer and reinstall the software leaving the default options for the folders that get created during the installation process

An example of the .plist file would be "com.revvity.ChemDraw.plist"

**For older versions of ChemDraw on Mac (22.x or older), delete all PerkinElmer or Cambridgesoft plist files under the folders from Step 3
