To address this issue effectively, follow these steps to ensure the WebDav Redirector feature is properly installed and configured on the AWS WorkSpaces:

1. Verify WebDav Redirector Installation:

   • Access the AWS WorkSpace desktop.
   • Navigate to the Control Panel and open "Programs and Features."
   • Look for "Turn Windows features on or off" and click on it.

2. Enable WebDav Redirector:

   • In the features list, locate "WebDav Redirector" (it may also be listed as "Web Client").
