Signals Inventa: Search for compounds/batches/measurements with multiple filter conditions from the Global Search app

Prior to this task:

✔ Global Search app must be opened.

1️⃣ Global Search page ➡ Project ➡ select  [“project name”]
2️⃣ Global Search page ➡ Find one or more ➡ select [Compounds/Batches/Measurements] ➡ whose Compound or Batch attributes are... ➡ select entity (e.g., Batches) 3️⃣ Global Search page ➡ Filter builder widget ➡ select  [add icon] ➡ select Add Condition* ➡ select/enter [“data field name”]  [“operation name”]  [“value”]
4️⃣ Global Search page ➡ ... and whose Measurements are... ➡ select measurement data sets (e.g., All) 5️⃣ Global Search page ➡ Search summary ➡ select  [Show me the summary]
6️⃣ Global Search page ➡select  [Download these results]

Notes:

• Step 3️⃣ can be repeated as needed to combine multiple filter conditions. The operators combining those filters (And, Or, Not And, Not Or) can be changed in the red dropdown field.
• Logical operators (red dropdown fields) combine multiple conditions for a respective group. The group is defined by the indentation level below one logical operator. All conditions inside the group are combined following this operator.
• Separate groups may follow different logical operators. To add conditions to a group, define the group first by selecting Add Group from the  [add icon] next to the red dropdown field on the desired indentation (group) level.
  • Inside the new Group (new indentation level), select the logical operator from the red dropdown field.
  • Use the [add icon] to Add Condition(s) to the new group. Groups can also be nested (Add Group inside a group).
