Signals Inventa: Search for assays/annotations/result types using conditions from the Global Search app

Prior to this task:

✔ Global Search app must be opened.

1️⃣ Global Search page ➡ Project ➡ select  [“project name”]
2️⃣ Global Search page ➡ Find one or more ➡ select [Compounds/Batches/Measurements] ➡ whose Compound or Batch attributes are... ➡ select entity (e.g., Batches) 3️⃣ Global Search page ➡ ... and whose Measurements are... ➡ expand all items and select existing endpoints only (do not select the Measurement Type Attributes collection)
4️⃣ Global Search page ➡ …and achieved a result of ➡ select  [add icon] ➡ select Add Condition ➡ select/enter  [“measurement type name”]  [“operation name”]  [“value”] 5️⃣ Global Search page ➡ Search summary ➡ select  [Show me the summary]
6️⃣ Global Search page ➡select  [Download these results]

Notes:

• Administrators can configure measurement types in Inventa to highlight some result types; admins can also configure assay notations and experimental factors as Endpoints. These can easily be retrieved and filtered through the Global Search app, as shown here.
• The endpoint definitions are highlighted in squared brackets in the ...and achieved a result of frame. The names are encrypted in two-letter codes reflecting the naming hierarchy provided by the Inventa administrators (e.g., Assay Type > Project > Assay Name > Measurement Type) next to the Endpoint Name.

Optionally, beneath the summary, under Search options, select empty result exclusion and replicate options.
