Signals Inventa: Retrieve replicates of interest from the Global Search app

Prior to this task:

✔ Global Search app must be opened.

1️⃣ Global Search page ➡ Project ➡ select  [“project name”]
2️⃣ Global Search page ➡ Find one or more ➡ select [Compounds/Batches/Measurements] ➡ whose Compound or Batch attributes are... ➡ select entity (e.g., Batches) 3️⃣ Global Search page ➡ and achieved a result of ➡ select  [add icon] ➡ select Add Condition ➡ select/enter  [“measurement type name”]  [“operation name”]  [“value”]
4️⃣ Global Search page ➡ Search summary ➡ select  [Show me the summary]
5️⃣ Global Search page ➡ If replicate assay data exists ➡ select option for replicates* ➡ select  [Download these results]

Supporting Knowledge

Notes:

• When selecting Only retrieve replicates that match conditions, plus other selected assays radio button, only assay result data replicates that match the given conditions (entities and assay results) for a given scope will be downloaded.
• Setting the scope of the search in the Global Search app allows the user to define which replicates and corresponding measurement data results are downloaded.
• For the selected compounds/batches, either all the related replicates or only the replicates that match the search conditions are retrieved from the search.
• It is important to note that, in either of the two scenarios, other measurement data related to the selected batches (not just the measurements strictly selected by the search criteria) is retrieved from the search (if it is selected in the measurement hierarchy on the left).

Optionally, under ...and whose Measurements are..., select measurement hierarchies or attributes to include.
