Signals Inventa: Save a new search to be private from the Global Search app

Prior to this task:

✔ Global Search app must be opened.

✔ Search must be defined in the Global Search app.

1️⃣ Global Search page ➡ select  [Save]
2️⃣ Save current search window ➡ type/select Name Share level ➡ select Private 3️⃣ Save current search window ➡ select  [Save]

Supporting Knowledge

Optionally, if an existing saved search is currently opened, it can be overwritten by enabling the checkbox at the bottom of the Save current search window.

Note: The search query parameters will be saved to the Spotfire document and can be reused later only by the current user by selecting the search name from the Previous Searches panel of the Global Search page.
