Signals Inventa: Create a query template in Signals Data Factory for use in the Assay Results Review app

Prior to this task:

✔ Signals Data Factory must be opened.

✔ Data must be available in Signals Data Factory.

1️⃣ Signals Data Factory ➡ select Search
2️⃣ Search section ➡ enter search in the text box 3️⃣ Search section ➡ select  [magnifying glass icon]
4️⃣ Search section ➡ select  [Save search]
5️⃣ Save search panel ➡ Name ➡ select Enter saved search name ➡ type new name 6️⃣ Save search panel ➡ select  [Save]

Notes:

• The search criteria are entered using a JSON document that defines all the search parameters.
• The search is periodically validated as it is modified. Invalid JSON or an incorrect search structure will display an error beneath the criteria, preventing the search from being saved. A valid search will show the hit count for that search.
• For the Assay Results Review app to function correctly, it is essential that the query template follows the correct structure. The query execution must return the data for a specific measurement type.
• The parameters in the SDF query must be named identically to the column names in the Current Data workflow in Spotfire.
