Notes:
- The search criteria are entered using a JSON document that defines all the search parameters.
- The search is periodically validated as it is modified. Invalid JSON or an incorrect search structure will display an error beneath the criteria, preventing the search from being saved. A valid search will show the hit count for that search.
- For the Assay Results Review app to function correctly, it is essential that the query template follows the correct structure. The query execution must return the data for a specific measurement type.
- The parameters in the SDF query must be named identically to the column names in the Current Data workflow in Spotfire.
