Signals Inventa: Configure the settings of the Analysis tab of the Assay Results Review app to compare historical with current assay results data

Prior to this task:

✔ Assay Results Review app must be opened.

✔ Query template must be selected in the Configuration tab of the Assay Results Review app.

1️⃣ Assay Results Review – Analysis tab ➡ Retrieval ➡ select String inputs Numeric inputs Date inputs 2️⃣ Assay Results Review – Analysis tab ➡ select  [Retrieve] ➡ select [Next]
3️⃣ Assay Results Review – Analysis tab ➡ Comparison ➡ select Choose Comparison column(s) 4️⃣ Assay Results Review – Analysis tab ➡ select  [Compare]

Supporting Knowledge

Notes:

• A toggle labeled "Download Details Measurements" is available if the measurement type identified in the selected query template has an associated details measurement type. Enabling this toggle will download the data of the details measurement type and establish a table relationship between the current measurement data and its details.
• Selecting [“Current vs Historical”] in the Choose Comparison options will display a scatter plot visualization.
• Selecting  [“Identify Trends”] in the Choose Comparison options will generate a plotted trend analysis.
