Signals Inventa: Customize visualizations in the Visualizations tab of the Target Engagement Profile app

Prior to this task:

✔ Target Engagement Profile app must be opened.

✔ Settings of the Configuration and Analysis tabs must be configured.

1️⃣ Target Engagement Profile – Visualization tab ➡ select  [Download or Refresh Data Tables] 2️⃣ Target Engagement Profile – Visualization tab ➡ Select the In Vivo PK studies to visualize ➡ select PK study
3️⃣ Target Engagement Profile – Visualization tab ➡ Select the In Vitro Endpoints to visualize ➡ select endpoint(s) 4️⃣ Target Engagement Profile – Visualization tab ➡ Calculation options ➡ select calculation option Calculate additional ICxx values based on the Hill slope of 1 enter IC value (1-99)
5️⃣ Target Engagement Profile – Visualization tab ➡ Display options ➡ select option(s)

Supporting Knowledge

Notes:

• Display individual animals – This box is unchecked by default, and the results for multiple animals are averaged. Select this checkbox to update the table and plot in the right-hand panel to include details at the animal level.
• Search – This textbox is used to filter data for easier selection/deselection based on any table value.
• Options 2 and 3 for Calculation are available only if the Plasma Protein Binding measurement type is provided in the Configuration tab.
