Problem:
Following error message is produced after starting Spotfire Analyst.
Missing ChemDraw Toolkit
CDX and CDXML structure records cannot be handled correctly in ChemCharts
Resolution:
The error message implies that deployment area is missing some of the packages required by Lead Discovery Premium to support legacy features.
The name of the missing package is LeadDiscovery-<version>.spk. The package is included in the full installer of Lead Discovery Premium, but not necessary in the hot fix. If this is the first time that Lead Discovery Premium is deployed, the admin must also deploy the files in the full installer.
e.g.,
Deploying only the files included in LeadDiscovery_Premium_3.5_installer HF-1 is not enough
Files included in LeadDiscovery_Premium_3.5_installer must be deployed first as this is the full installer
