On August 26 at 10:40 AM ET issues with an authentication service in your implementation of Signals Research Suite were reported preventing users from accessing the system. Upon recognizing the issue, Revvity Signals took immediate action to limit issues due to the outage and normal behavior of the application is expected to be restored soon. We are currently investigating the root cause of this issue.
