RCA: A security service erroneously flagged an internal IP address and blocked legitimate traffic. The issue with the service has been resolved and we have made additional updates to the security services handling of our IPs to prevent the issue from reoccurring.

On August 26 at 10:40 AM ET issues with an authentication service in your implementation of Signals Research Suite were reported preventing users from accessing the system. Upon recognizing the issue, Revvity Signals took immediate action to limit issues due to the outage and normal behavior of the application is expected to be restored soon. We are currently investigating the root cause of this issue.
