Release Announcement – Lead Discovery Premium 3.6

Revvity Signals is delighted to announce the release of Lead Discovery Premium 3.6. 

Lead Discovery Premium is powered by Spotfire and empowers scientific professionals to freely analyze chemical and biological data and create analytic applications and dashboards. Lead Discovery Premium 3.6 continues to extend capabilities for SAR analysis, whether the "S" is small molecule Structure or large molecule Sequence.

Highlights of Lead Discovery Premium 3.6 are:

• ChemCharts 4.6 
• New Cluster card visualization 
• New Kinome visualization 
• New Antibody Data Functions including Structure Prediction, Relative Accessible Surface Area, Developability, and Dashboarding (to automate multiple Antibody data functions) 
• Enhancements to existing Biopolymer data functions including, local BLAST database updates, support for IMGT-LeFranc CDR definitions in Antibody Number, ability to identify sequence liabilities based on structure 
• New Quick structure search 
• Multiple improvements to exact match structures searches, including normalization prior to matching 
• Multiple improvements to substructure search, including tautomer bond matching 
• Smart cells can now be included as a control in form-based visualizations 
• Number and color formatting can be applied to cells on export to Excel from a table visualization 
• RDKit depiction now has the option to turn off atom labels when the images are small 
• Copy embedded PDB cells to clipboard 
• Data functions that output columns with very small numbers will set the formatter for those columns to scientific notation 
• Updated Structure Editor with ChemDraw JS 23.6 
• Support for latest Marvin Suite LTS versions: 24.1 and 24.3
