After the migration described below, we determined there are issues related to completing the email verification step for getting ChemDraw from our Site Gallery. There is also a problem related to logging into our Support site. We are aware of both of these issues and are working to resolve them. We will update this page once resolved.

This is to inform you that we have planned a migration of our licensing systems from our premises to AWS on Feb 8, 2025, between 7 AM to 7 PM EST. During the migration time, the below functionalities will either be unavailable or work intermittently
- Revvity signals product trials
- Login & licensing functionality for Signals tenants
- Product activations using efulfillment.revvitysignals.com
- Purchases on shop.revvitysignals.com
