Spotfire Server license administration changes after updating to 14.0.8/14.5 or later

After installing/updating Spotfire Server 14.0.8, the license management has moved.

Previously licenses where being handled by opening the Analyst client and going to Tools>Administration manager.

From Spotfire version 14.0.8 and 14.5 (or later) the licenses are managed in the Spotfire Server web administration pages.
