I'm getting a Single Sign-On error when attempting to login to the Shop

If you are trying to login to our new online store and are seeing the following single sign on error:

You are seeing this error because you must have previously had a login for our older store or download center but still have not registered those credentials with our new Shop.  Existing Download portal users or shop users should click on the Sign Up button first and fill out the entire form (Name, email, etc). and click "Sign Up" at the bottom of the form to complete the registration for our new online Shop.  Now you should be able to login with your previous Shop credentials.
