Signals Notebook: Resolving SSL Certificate Trust Issues with Amazon Root CA

Issue: Some applications are reporting SSL certificate trust issues related to the Amazon Root CA 1

Solution: We do periodically issue new certificates, which are properly signed by the globally trusted CA. Сertificates are passed though the chain to the client, each application in turn should be properly configured to accept the trusted certificates. We recommend to configure the application to trust the root CA.
