ChemDraw: While trying to convert a ChemDraw embedded Word document to PDF, I see the PDF contains a distorted structure, cut off, or no structure.

While trying to convert a ChemDraw embedded Word document in PDF format (using Adobe Printer driver), I see the PDF contains a distorted structure, cut off, or no structure. How can I fix this problem?

Our products (ChemOffice/ChemDraw) are NOT involved in the Microsoft Word "File/Print" to PDF destination process. As a workaround, you can try the following: 

1. Select File Export and then click on the "Create PDF/XPS Document" button.
2. Select File Save As, then specify the "Save as type:" as PDF (*.pdf).
3. Try to convert the Word document as PDF using some other Virtual PDF Printer driver.
