ChemDraw for Excel: While trying to edit the structure I got the following warning message:"The File could not be accessed. Try one of the following:"

While trying to edit the structure present in the upgraded ChemOffice Worksheet, I got the following warning message: 

"The File could not be accessed. Try one of the following:
Make sure the specified folder exists.
Make sure the folder that contains the file is not read-only.
Make sure the filename and folder path do not contain any of the following characters: <> ? [ ] 
: Make sure the filename and folder path do not contain more than 218 characters.”

How do I address this problem?

Assuming you are trying to edit the structure prior to selecting the cell.

Please edit the structure after selecting the cell that contains the structure.

1. Move the cursor towards the corner of the cell and select the cell (i.e click the cell when the cursor pointer changes from hand to + icon) – you will find the highlighted rectangular cell border
2. Then double click to edit.
