ChemDraw: I didn’t find the Ring Fill Colors feature in my version of ChemDraw

I didn’t find the Ring Fill Colors feature in my version of ChemDraw. How can I fix this problem?

Currently, the Ring Fill Colors feature is included with ChemDraw Professional level only. It is included with ChemDraw Professional for Mac, and ChemDraw Professional suite for Windows, as well as ChemOffice + Cloud suite for Windows. 

Assuming you have ChemDraw Prime, check the ChemDraw level by using the following steps:
1. Open ChemDraw
2. Go to the Help menu and choose the “About ChemDraw"
3. This will open up another window containing information like level, version, etc.

If you update and reactivate the product using the ChemDraw Professional or ChemOffice+ Cloud activation code, you will find the "Ring Fill Colors" function under the ChemDraw Colors menu.
