How can a ChemDraw site admin make sure that a user and/or users do not continue to access their license?

For Signals ChemDraw, the admin can remove the license for the user.  This option will still allow them to access the tenant URL, but they will not be able to access the software.

The second option is to deactivate the user.  This this option the user will not be able to login to the tenant URL

For ChemDraw Professional and ChemDraw Prime, the tech admin can reach out to support and request for the device to be Returned.  This will release the license from the computer (so it can be assigned to another user) and mark the device so that it cannot be activated again.  This step can only be reverted by support should you ever need to use ChemDraw on that same computer again.
