Problem:

Supported Browsers for ActiveX controls - ChemDraw version 20


Solution:

ChemDraw version 20 supports only Internet Explorer 11(32-bit and 64-bit). Our Development team is migrating the ActiveX controls to the new ChemDraw JS, so we don't have plans to include other browsers like Google Chrome or Firefox in future releases of the ChemDraw ActiveX controls.
