ChemDraw: I am not able to select/highlight an object by double click.

I am not able to select/highlight an object by double click. How do I get this feature back?

Make sure you have the Tolerance value 5 or more. You can get that by the following way

For ChemDraw for Windows
1. Open ChemDraw and then select “Preferences” from the File menu.
2. Check and if the value is less than 5 then change the Tolerance value as 5 or more Pixels in the ChemDraw Preferences Window and click Ok and restart the application and retest the problem.


For ChemDraw for Mac
1. Open ChemDraw and then select "Preferences" from the ChemDraw Application menu
2. Check and if the value is less than 5 then change the Tolerance value as 5 or more Pixels in the ChemDraw Preferences Window and click Ok and restart the application and retest the problem.
