ChemDraw: "Run-time error ‘339’: Component ‘MSCOMCTL.OCX’ or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid" during ChemDraw installation.

During Installation I get- the error "Run-time error ‘339’: Component ‘MSCOMCTL.OCX’ or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid".

If you run into this or a similar error during the installation process, please use the MSI installation files instead:
