"Could not load file or assembly 'Spotfire.Dxp.Web" error while starting of Web player service in Administration Console UI

At times, users make changes to the Web player configuration and imports the configuration successfully into TIBCO Spotfire Server. After selecting the new configuration or executing set-service-config command, the Web player startup fails with the below error in the Administration Console UI and in the nm.log as well

Details: Status notified as STOPPED. The service exited with error code -532462766. Recent Logs: Error: Error: Unhandled Exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Spotfire.Dxp.Web, Version=39.3.14305.4783, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=789861576bd64dc5' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. Attempt to communicate with service was unsuccessful.

  The error message occurs if there is a mistake made in "Spotfire.Dxp.Worker.Host.exe.config" or in "Spotfire.Dxp.Worker.Web.config" while making changes to the configuration. Mistakes such as adding/removing a tag, not closing a tag or making use of special characters in places for eg: Password

There maybe other reasons too for such kind of occurance of issue. Please check the below points.

> Check if the default configuration is exported, If one is trying to export a configuration of older version, making the changes and importing it, it may cause such issue.
> Check if the version number of the deployment and the Spotfire.Dxp.Web package matches.

Incase if one is using Special characters in the config file, it can be replaced with something equivalent to the particular character. Please refer the below links for better understanding.
