Problem:

TIBCO Spotfire Analyst option "never show login dialog" is no longer available in Spotfire 10.9 and higher


Solution:

In TIBCO Spotfire versions 10.8 and below, user(s) had the ability configure (enable or disable) "never show login dialog" for Spotfire Analyst.
