Problem:
System/User data source option is greyed out while creating ODBC connection
Solution:
While creating an ODBC connection in Spotfire Analyst, the system and user data source option is greyed out. Below is the reference image:
The system and user data source option are greyed out because there is no user/system DSN that is present/created inside the ODBC Data Source Administrator(32/64).
So firstly create a DSN and open the ODBC connection window again.
Note: There is no need to relaunch the Spotfire Analyst.
