Problem:
When trying to connect using TIBCO Data Virtualization (TDV) connector, error "Could not connect due to an unknown error" appears
Solution:
When trying to connect using TIBCO Data Virtualization connector, the following error appears:
A reason behind this can be that the wrong case has been used in the username, as TDV is case sensitive.
If wrong case has been used in the username, currently the way to remove the error and be able to connect is to restart the TIBCO Spotfire Analyst client
