How to hide the 'View Library' menu option in TIBCO Spotfire Web Player

This Knowledge Base shows how to hide the 'View Library' menu option in TIBCO Spotfire Web Player.

There is no direct/single license available that can disable the 'View Library' menu option from the Web Player.

The only way to hide the 'View Library' option on a web player is to disable the "Open from Library" license for the group that the end-users belong to.  [ 'TIBCO Spotfire Enterprise Player' > 'Open from Library' ]



Steps:
- Login to Spotfire Analyst as an Administrator
- Navigate to the Tools Menu > Administration Manager > Groups and Licenses.
- Select the group of interest and select the Licenses tab and Edit.
- Under 'TIBCO Spotfire Enterprise Player' uncheck 'Open from Library' license.

Note: Disabling this license for a particular group will also disable the user's ability to open analysis files from the library on the web player.
